It's quite easy. There are two ways:

CASE 1:
--------
Step 1: Put your "Under tha influence" cd -in case you bought it- on your stereo. If you did not buy it...go buy it mothafucka.

Step 2: You can either listen to the whole album (and enjoy) until track #12 or skip till #12.

Step 3: Listen to the first 14 seconds.

Congratulations...you have heard a sample of "Swallow me"!!!

CASE 2:
--------

Step 1: Put your "Visualism" DVD on your DVD player. Go buy it if you ain't.

Step 2: Watch it or skip to 58:00.

Step 3: You'll see a high motherfucker named Chuckey playing with a balloon. Close your eyes if ya feel more confortable.

either yall cant listen to an instrumental without words or jus not payin attention to it

the part at the beginnin of one on 1 is.. near the 1:01,1:57,2:54 marks, u gotta have the vocals to figure out the spot thats on it..but thats the exact same beat on the cd

its gone sound different cuz its sound weird without the vocals,and most of quik's beats sound different if u change the balance of ya speaker..like u can hear different shit in the left speaker than u do ya right and vice versa..all of his cd's are like that especially rhythmalism and safe n sound..its a whole different sound if u listen to it in ya left speaker..and vice versa..

i found that shit out with way to fonky when...the title song fucked up my whole right side of my car and i became aware of this
