She was offered money. And it doesn't matter who she slept before or after Kobe because if she told Kobe no than no means know it doesn't matter her history, since she said no that time.

She was not offered money. Kobe's attorney made this clear in a statement which they claimed they wouldn't offer her money to settle the suit...She never said no, they had consensual sex...When a girl is raped, she is usually in shock, and is in no state of mind to have sex the next day...Come on dude, it's common sense.

Whomever she had sex with before or after accusing Kobe doesn't matter, you can't use it in court. And it doesn't matter if she said yes to Kobe to a point becauseas soon as she said no,that's rape. Just because Kobe seems to be your hero; odesn't mean you can't say something negative about him. He's not thge perfect person, he makes mistakes and it appears this is probably the biggest one he'll ever make.
At least until the trail is under way you can't say one way or another whether he's guilty or not guilty. And in time there's a good chance that you'll have to face facts that your hero might be going to jail.

You obviously aren't following the case, or don't know law at all, for that matter...They're determining whether they can use the fact that she had sex the day after the "rape" in court as we speak...Anyone who knows their shit knows that this is a classic case of "I need money & attention"...PeACe

^^So that means that thopse lawyers that about the case on CNN and other networks don't know what they are talking about. Because they say the same thing that it doesn't matter the history or other sexual acts, what matters is the one that is being taken to court.
