I'm checkin' Roots Manuva out next. I've heard that name a lot. Tell me a little about Roots Manuva, please.

Leggy Hendrix:
Roots Manuva has released 3 albums:

Brand New Second Hand (1999)
Run Come Save Me (2001)
Dub Come Save Me (2002)

he has a different feel to Dizzee, more of a ragga thing going on. Brand New Second Hand was nominated for the Mercury Music Prize in 2002, but Miss Dynamite won that year. I would definitely look for that

SGV:
Coo man. Thanks. I'll check out Brand New Second Hand.

--- Quote ---Right now I'm getting The Day Hell Broke Loose Part 2. It's the follow up to Swisha House's first realease The Day Hell Broke Loose, obviously. It looks real tight. Got Mike Jones, Slim Thug, Paul Wall, Lil Keke and some others.

what i heard off pt. 1 was mostly pretty nice, Houston got sum hot artists. Is the whole album (pt. 1) worth coppin?

Roots Manuva is aight, but i ain't feelin everything he does, "Dub Come Save Me" lived up to its title so i never got into it. but i ain't sayin he ain't dope. sum real hardcore british hiphop i keep tellin everybody about would be Klashnekoff, he's pretty skilled, check out "Murda" or "Jankrowville"

SGV:
I liked Vol. 1. It was pretty good.
