Dude, I know what he's TRYING to say. The fact is that, the way he said it, it makes no sense. That was the whole point of what I initially said, and you take it back to square 1.
You can't say "99% of SOMETHING, doesn't exist". It's like saying "oh look there's 100 cars, but 99 of them aren't there".

He can be saying that Canibus doesn't have 99% of fans, because he doesn't have fans at all, therefore making it impossible to have 99% of fans...Get it?
