technically then bush has one up on bill...because bill got a blow job, lied about it, and in the meantime he killed a bunch of people...all bush has done is killed people...he hasn't been blown that i know of

but the difference is clinton didnt lie to kill people
bush told a lie to get support to send people out to kill other people and loose some of their own people while they were at it
adultery isnt something u can be jailed over, war crimes are.

but clinton isn't innocent just cuz he didn't lie about it...he's still guilty of war crimes...not quite as much as bush is but imo none of them were for good reason.
