If ya want a real emotional song, peep "What u See" by Dove Shack, you'll be really surprised with the song/.  It samples Tracy Chapmans' Fast Car, it has a real sombre feel to it.

Also,

One Life-  Last Emperor and Poetic  (no song sadder than this, this is real life)
Live Then Lay- Naughty by Nature
The life i Live/Lead- Kurupt
