It's a kick in the side to whoever made that Peaches and Cream joint, and basically saying that they're not "Bad Boys".. I assume they are one of Puffys r'n'b-acts, so he's not dissing Puffy himself, is he..
It's nothing big, but it's BY FAR a shoutout.
