A FUCKIN MEN  TO THAT.  this guy killed the life of the city.  He's one that let block busting go on.  He was the mayor that knew about illeagle boarding houses could of did something about it and didnt do it.  he was they mayor that really started the ticket blitz back up.  Did you kno didnt have a jay walking ticket since the 1950's.  Than Guilani made a big deal about it an they gave out something like 50 in one day.  He tried takin out the mob.  Yet the mob did more for there neighborhood than the city has ever done for those neighborhoods.  He takes credit for bring gotti down even tho he never took gotti to trial.  It was diane giacone that did with help from guilani and that case gotti beat.  still the only mobster to beat a rico case.  an bloomberg aint no better than rudy.  Ny hasnt had a good mayor since ed koch
