WHy dont u just download the radio edit?

... because the radio edits aren't edited for decency, they're edited for legality.  

In other words, a song that says

"Suck my ...."

Means the same thing as a song that says

"Suck my Dick"

They're both offensive.  Legally, though, it's legal to say "Suck My...." on the radio.  So an edited version you still can't play around people who would be offended by the non-edited version.
