No, I didn't prove your point.
The 10 Commandments were banned from a COURT HOUSE.
The crosses were on CITY SEALS.
The call to prayer has no relation to the "state" as in the other 2 situations explained.

ok i read it wrong.....but your wrong. Playing it across the city is putting religion with the state. As long as there only doing it inside a mosque(which theyve been doing all along) then its not mixing church and state. But the minute you do what there doing you are.
