I'll definitely pick up the new Cormega release, it's the BOMB. I'll probably pick up the Outerspace album too, if I see it for less than the average cd-price, because it's just some old stuff, with bad mixing, and one clean track. And probably the new release of "Violent By Design" just for the collection (although I have the original version already), and because of the DVD, if people say it's worth it.

Most hip-hop is now keyboard driven, because the majority of hip-hop workstations have loops and patches that enable somebody with marginal skills to put tracks together,...
Unfortunately, most hip-hop artists gravitated towards the path of least resistance by relying on these pre-set patches. As a result, electric guitar and real musicians became devalued, and a lot of hip-hop now sounds the same.
