^ It's actually worse; you missed the bigger picture. He not only thinks he's smarter than Antonio; his young, inexperienced mind actually thinks, for a second, lol, that he's smarter than ALL RECORDED HISTORY; since the freedom granted Italy from Nazism is widely accepted as FACT to have been the direct result of the United States & the Allies. It's basically, he thinks he's more educated than all of Recorded history since that point.
