Bought time for another of these threads, you know how it works. Post up the last Cd(s) you bought.

Yesterday I bought

Jimi Hendrix - Blues, Band Of Gypsys, The BBC Sessions
John Coltrane - My Favorite Things
Muddy Waters - Best Of
BB King - Best Of
Everlast - White Trash Beautiful
Marvin Gaye - The Best Of
Parliament - Tear The Roof Off 1974-1980
Prince - The Rainbow Children
Chico & Coolwadda - Wild N Da West

Most hip-hop is now keyboard driven, because the majority of hip-hop workstations have loops and patches that enable somebody with marginal skills to put tracks together,...

Unfortunately, most hip-hop artists gravitated towards the path of least resistance by relying on these pre-set patches. As a result, electric guitar and real musicians became devalued, and a lot of hip-hop now sounds the same.

Hmm... me havnt bought an album in the last year... thats cuz tis tough to get hip hop albums where im at... so been burning off people who do get a chance to buy. But since i believe in supporting the artist... ima pick em up when i get the chance... then ima hit up this thread... get a chance to be a lil ostentacious once in a while aye..?!!
