My favorite Marvin Gaye song is "Can I Get A Witness".  It's one of his earlier ones, and has more of that 'motown' sound like the Temptations or the Miracles.  I like pretty much all his stuff, but "Can I Get A Witness" really shows off his voice, and has a great gospel sound to it, like a holy revival vibe.  Love it.  

"The Ecology (Mercy, Mercy Me)" is another great, great Marvin Gaye song.  All his stuff with Tami Terrell is flawless.

Gotta go with You're All I Need.  It probably wouldn't be my favorite if it weren't for that Meth and Mary J. duo.
