I heard this movie was pretty good, and I was in Target today and was gonna pick it up, but they were all out....is the movie really THAT GOOD? oh and can someone give me a little background to what the story is based on? thanks

charlize theron gets all uglied up and does her best "bad ass michael keaton" impression for a role that has her as a slut, turned prostitute, turned lesbian, turned killer, lesbian romance story about the first woman serial killer...Christina Ricci serves as Eve to Charlize's Adam....all hell ensues

great movie....any movie with lesbians gets at least a c in my book

this movie is so retarded...i will say 1 good thing...charlize theron did a hell of a job....but the plot (a killer hooker...YEEHAW!) was so stupid it was rediculous...the movie is only 2 hours long and it seems like its about 6. most of it is just very very boring and when its not being slow its being horribly disgusting (nobody really wants to see a fat, acne infected, trailer trash version of charlize theron making out with christina ricci who looks like a 12 year old dike)

The plot was based on a true story that's why it didn't have any frills to it, I'm sure it's hard to watch a movie without crazy shootouts or flesh eating zombies but sometimes you just have to sit back appreciate something for what it is.
