From what I can tell they are short films made to advertise American Express.
You can find the official site here:

heres some more info:
Jerry Seinfeld has teamed up with film-maker Barry Levinson to make a series of short online episodes that feature Jerry and Superman hanging out. The first episode, "The Uniform" features Superman going to help Jerry install a new DVD player, when some thief steals the DVD player from Jerry with Superman standing right there. Superman exclaims, "What, am I not here?" The 5-minute episode features the voice of Patrick Warburton (Puddy on Seinfeld) as Superman.

The first episode named A Uniform Used To Mean Something, Superman and Jerry get upset when his DVD player is stolen. Luckily it was purchased on American Express.
