Next match they matter start with Ronaldo, Figo & Rui Costa.. and give Pauleta a vacation.
Finally a Norwegian made the spotlight..  ;D
Now they probably have to beat Spain.. they're not among the favorites anymore..

Rui Costa did ok when he came on, thats the way he should play though, hes a big player, but in the first match he looked less than average, today he looked good.  Ronaldo is a legend, I cant believe how good this guy is gunna be in like 5 years or sumit.  He's waht, 18/19, jesus hes so fucking superb.  He will be awesome for Man Utd next season!!!!

Rui Costa became the playmaker once he came in, and with the lethal combos with Ronaldo on the wing, Portugal became 10 times more dangerous..

If Russia beat Greece, and Spain-Portugal ends with a draw, Greece is out..
Then Spain will win the group with 5 points, and Portugal & Greece will have 4 but Portugal will have better goal stats if Greece lose.

Shallow:
World Soccer is always fixed. Greece is gonna go further than normal, they might even make it to the semis, or God forbid, the finals. Why? Because the Olympics are coming up in Greece and they need to look strong. The last time Greece was in the World Cup they didn't even score a goal. Also, remember last World Cup where Korea beat Italy. I don't watch World Soccer, it's all bullshit. The real competition is in the season leagues. Real Madrid would crush any one of these countries.


Remember these words; Every time a country hosts the Olympics they do 10000 times better than normal. It's always the host country and the current world power that does good, in this case USA and Greece are gonna all over the Olympic podiums.

so basically Greece has to avoid a loss against the weakest team of the group
while Spain/Portugal have to go for a victory agaisnt there arch nemesis Portugal/Spain ... .
this is gonna be an awesome game if Greece beats Russia , although if it's the other way around , I can see a "Germany/Austria 1982" type game from Spain and Portugal ....
