Greece - Russia 1-2 & Spain - Portugal 0-1 - Spain is out!!

greece have to get a point from there next game to go through

if they win that means they go through in 1st place

and thats good for england because we look like coming 2nd in our group then we will play the team in 1st place in group A

and greece look like coming 1st in group A ..

i'd rather england play greece in the 2nd round cos i think we have a better chance of beating them than spain or portugal

Not if Spain beats Portugal with more goals than Greece beat Russia..

Wrong.

If those results happened, and Greece were on the same points as Portugal, Greece would go through because they beat Portugal in their match.

The only way Greece could go out is if Portugal beat Spain and Greece lost to Russia.  Greece and Spain would be on 4 points, their head to head record is a draw, then it would go to goal difference and that would decide.

Oh yeah, I forgot that they rank the winner of the 2nd ranked vs. 3rd ranked game higher than goal difference in EC..
