Mo money, mo problems huh? Biggie was on to something there. Eminem has another legal issue on his hands. Although, word is that this situation is by no means a new one. It seems that Dido, the British singer who leant her vocals to "Stan," feels she is owed more money.

Word is this battle has been going on since "The Marshall Mathers LP" dropped in 2000. Dido is after approximately $1.8 million for the sample of her voice taken from her hit "Thank You."

Of course, it wasn't until the success of "Stan" that Dido's album took off, going on the sell 12 million copies. Biting the hand that feeds you methinks!

At least some. Dido is pretty good at what she does, but she sure wouldn't be as popular as she is if it weren't for Stan.

however.. she did say all she got from aftermath/interscope at the time was a not saying "hey we've used a sample of your song hope you like it"
