i think the original gta was out before driver but the orginal gta was nothing like the gta games we play right now.

gta 1 was out before the PS1 was out i think. it was 2d and you could see only from above, just like gta2 but crappier, still pretty dope tho

Rented this yesterday. It's not quite as bad as some people are making out, but it's a poor clone of GTA. I hate the way that in these games you can pick up the controller and start playing straight away - even the control set-up is bitten from GTA... Roll on SA...
