Need Help With HTML Programming

I'm making a website, it's pretty basic.  Here's what I need to know:

-  How to make a picture link to another page

-  How to make a picture link to an e-mail adress

-  How to get the background black

-  How to put the picture in the middle of the page.  And how to put it on the right side of the page.


Also if anyone knows any good HTML tutorial sites that would help too.
