hmm interesting since no one has permission from me to use this track. This is what started the drama the first time Adidas...I mean Que, TAKING TRACKS WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN CONSISTENT OR PAYING A LICENSE FEE TO USE A SONG THAT WILL RESULT IN A PROFIT BEING MADE BY A THIRD PARTY IS ILLEGAL (plus another record company might not like the situation).

FYI:
It's a shame that if Above The Law or any artist/group who don't own their own masters, we/they must pay the ownership (ie. record company) a fee before we/they can use their "own" recordings, SO ANYONE WITH A HALF-A-BRAIN WILL KNOW SOMEONE WILL HAVE TO PAY A LICENSING FEE TO MY COMPANY AND DEATH ROW. It would be beneficial that the fan-site in question would ask for permission to use music before advertising something has hasn't been cleared. You might get a simple "yes" or "no" but one should follow simple rules of protocol so that all parties are satisfied, if not then only speaking from my group, I will be "on one" and there will be another reason why one certain individual will create another "expose."

SO DO THE RIGHTEOUS AND SENSIBLE THING, SCOTT SHEPARD.  AND LEARN THE BUSINESS SIDE OF MUSIC.

I hope you do the same for other artists mentioned, in fact a few that I know personally I wonder if they know what's crackin'?
