LOL, will ferrel, vince vaughn. thats hilarious. there no where near the best actors. There funny, but in my opinion funny actors arent on the "best actor" lists.

I honestly have a few favorites, which are,

Al pacino - Obviously one of the greats, he was great in so many movies to name a few, godfather 1-3, devils advocate, scent of a woman, and scarface.
Tom hanks - One of the greats....Saving private ryan, forrest gump, cast away, apollo 13
robert de niro- godfather 2, casino, goodfellas
Robin williams - honestly most people probably wont agree with me, but i really think hes a great actor(not the greatest) but definetly deserves some recongnition for being really good.
Marlon brando
and ill agree with johnny depp.

To be a comedy actor takes alot of talent.

Would definitely put Pacino, Nicholson, Hanks, Hoffman, Brando, Chris. Walken, Hopkins, Williams, Sean Penn, Robert Duvall, up there in the AAA-league as well..
With the exception of Hanks, this is all a older generation of actors.. maybe Denzel up in there as well.. & Kevin Spacey is good.

Steve Buscemi (Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, Con Air, Desperado, etc.) is a personal favorite, he plays dope as fuck, but is always in the background..

Unfortunately these kind of actors isn't "in" any more in newer films, it's all about looks & physics know..
But there's still some young talent, Edward Norton, Benicio Del Toro, and some others looks very promising.

Probably forgot some too..  :-\

lol Steve Buscemi is awesome.

btw, The hunted was the only benicio del toro movie ive ever seen, and i was really surprised at how well he played that role, i probably should see another movie with him in it (????).

speaking of the hunted, Tommy lee jones is another good actor.

and speaking of tommy lee jones from fugitive, Harrison ford is a really good actor, one of my favorites.
