Shareef Abdur-Rahim demanding a trade...Maybe Lakers could use him?

id take Shareef over Malone anyday! Malone is all but useless when playoff time roles around, plus the Lakers are showing that they are building for the future...not necessarily aiming for a title this year. How many years do u honestly think Malone has left? He's a great NAME to have on your team, but he was pretty inneffective in last years playoffs...and will be even worse this year (with his age n all).

Actually, Malone was effective until he got injured in the finals...
