Lowering the cost of drugs will result in this because, in order for there to be free Healthcare for everyone, they have to spend a lot of money--and the money will go to Healthcare not Doctors, Medicines, or Medical Centers which the Conservatives use there money for.

When you are president, you accept all responsibilities that your administration makes. Bush sent us into a war, therefore the actions during the war are his responsibilities. It is bush fault for the deaths of innocent civilians, because he sent us into this war for "fictitious reasons." Bush is the president therefore anything that our government does is his problem.
