U mean a screenshot? Press "print screen" which is the button next to F12, then go into paint or photoshop and press ctrl+v to paste the screenshot!

Better yet, use the free program Screenhunter.
Start the program and choose a "hotkey" (which activates a rectangle area selector) so now you can choose to take pix of exactly the element/window/program you want.. the pic will be found in the designated folder when you've taken the screen. :-X

we have ctrk+ print screen for that :P
