Yes it is.  It's pretty much what you would expect from him.  If you're a fan of his past work you will like this album.

Lots of good tracks, but a few sub-par ones - pretty much on a level with his last one. He's yet to match The Dude IMO.

Oh, but he does sample James Taylor's 'Shower The People' on the new album, so gets big props for that.
