I was hella surprised that Kanye West didnt win any awards, after being nominated for 6 vma's. They could have at least given him Best New Artist Video

the VMA'a suck anymore.  There isn't anybody worth giving a fuck about.  They have to stretch every year and try to get some old artists at the show so people will actually watch.  Alicia keys and outkast were the only people worth tuning in for. At least as far as current artists go.  MTV is a fucking joke.  First they quit showing video's and are like "Tune in to MTV 2 - its where the music's at" Well guess what, now MTV 2 isn't strictly videos anymore either.  You can turn it on at any given time and there won't be videos.  What's next MTV 3? Fuck mtv.

yeah they were the only good part was Fat Joe's performance,,,they focused more on the election than music.  this years show really sucked!  move it back to NYC too!
