MUTHA FUCKER IS GUILTY!!!!!!!!

Even as he was cleared of the criminal charge, Bryant apologised for his behaviour.

"Although I truly believe this encounter between us was consensual, I recognise now that she did not and does not view this incident the same way I did," he said in a statement read in court by his lawyer, Pamela Mackey. "After months of reviewing discovery, listening to her attorney, and even her testimony in person, I now understand how she feels that she did not consent to this encounter. I issue this statement today fully aware that while one part of this case ends today, another remains. I understand that the civil case against me will go forward."

wrong again..i bet anyone would agree to sign this apology (FYI bryant prolly didnt even look at the statement his attorneys wrote for him...he wasnt even in colorado at the time) instead of putting you're fate in the hands of 12 white jurors in a small colorado town..with a .3% black population (assuming you're black of course)

The statement, Bryant's attorneys Pamela Mackey and Hal Haddon told ESPN's Jim Gray, was a condition of the woman withdrawing her testimony.

"Kobe was facing life in prison for a crime he did not commit," they told Gray. "The accuser insisted on that statement as the price for his freedom. The statement doesn't change the facts: Kobe is innocent and now he is free."

thats is why he made the statements
