it'll be a good help tho.. it'll stop anyone in school uniform being able to get ciggies..

as it stands now shops cant tell because kids coming towards the end of school can legally buy ciggies

it'd make it less attractive.. and more 'normal'...

i was smoking a lot of weed and doign acid.. up until i was 18..
as it was harder to get booze..

look at NIK.. are there are similar reasons there..

21 is insane..

we got 16 for drinking and smoking. and I cant even imagine being busted at the age of 20 for drinking a beer or smoking a cig. sick shit.
