Hopkins V De La Hoya
« on: September 12, 2004, 11:04:53 AM »
Big Big fight
I just dont know about this 1

Hopkins makes De La Hoya look really small and might just bully him.
On the other hand Hopkins is 39 and De La Hoya could out box him.

I just dont know with this fight

gotta go Hopkins. I want De La Hoya to win, I would love to see the Golden Boy the undisputed middleweight champion, following with the Sugar Rays, and the Durans, but I just can't see it. I am still pulling for him though.

I feel the same way. De La Hoya has to bring his A game if he wants to win. He can not back off during the latter rounds either. I believe Oscar knows this. If he isn't at the top of his game, Hopkins will dominate him.
