Referee Anders Frisk from Sweden was bombarded by crazy Roma-fans after the 1st half in the Champions League game between Roma - Dinamo Kiev.
Dinamo Kiev was in the lead 1-0 after the 1st half, when fans decided to throw various objects at the Swedish referee.
La Gazzetta dello Sport says Frisk was hit by a lighter, among other things.
The incident happened minutes after Frisk gave Philippe Mexes the red card.
Frisk is considered one of the top referees in the world.


UEFA chose to stop the match.





That's poor sportmanship.. not the 1st time from Italian fans.

Crazy Italians? No. We aint crazy man. You'll never see such things from Juventus fans, or Inter fans, or Milan fans. Only in Rome you can see those fucked up things. And it's not the first time. Romans are just morons, for real. You know, they still have that "Roma Caput Mundi" attitude, "the Roman empire". They think they better than anybody. They think they can do whatever they want. UEFA should punish them hard. Last year, during a derby with Lazio, their ultras told the whole stadium that police killed a 12 years kid out the stadium cause he had a Roma t-shirt. Shit like that. Of course it was all fake, lol. But they entered the stadium, and forced Police to stop the match. For no reason. Actually it was a menace, cause Roma has 600 millions of debts, and Lazio 900 millions. It was a menace like: "Ban us from Serie A, and you'll be in troubles". Everybody hates on them here in Italy. They ruined this sport. Just like the real team ruined it, by having millions of debts. They just dont give a fuck. UEFA should ban them from Champions League. This is not an episode. UEFA should punish them hard.

Tecnically, the game is suspended. Since they finished the first half, there's no way they can repeat it. I think Roma will loose it 0-3, and they'll ban the Olimpico Stadium for 2-3 games. But that's not enought. They should punish the team too. With penalization points.
