Why "Thy Kingdome come" never came out ?

After "Dr. Dre Presents" came out and didn't do very well, people were questioning Dre's skills.  So there was   A LOT of pressure on him for his next release.  He hadn't had a real big hit in 2 years or so.  So he recorded "Thy Kingdom Come", and sent it out to the magazines (The Source, Rolling Stone ect.), and they gave it bad reviews, and mentioned that Dre was falling off, so he decided not to put it out. 

Looking back on it now, it was a good move for Dre.
