(1/3) > >>

Jome:
Referee Anders Frisk from Sweden was bombarded by crazy Roma-fans after the 1st half in the Champions League game between Roma - Dinamo Kiev.
Dinamo Kiev was in the lead 1-0 after the 1st half, when fans decided to throw various objects at the Swedish referee.
La Gazzetta dello Sport says Frisk was hit by a lighter, among other things.
The incident happened minutes after Frisk gave Philippe Mexes the red card.
Frisk is considered one of the top referees in the world.

UEFA chose to stop the match.

That's poor sportmanship.. not the 1st time from Italian fans.  :(

Leggy Hendrix:
i reckon Roma will feel the wrath of the footballing authorities for this...

mauzip:
The UEFA should punish Roma with distraction of point in the Serie A and they ban Roma from international soccer for the next 2 years.

...'BfCfC'...:
therers not much uefa can do to punish roma :-\

these days im not supprised someone got hurt. b'cos in some leagues people are allowed to bring all sorts of weapons into the crowd .

Leggy Hendrix:
lol a bit drastic imo...they'll probably just award the game to dinamo and fine them...maybe have them move the home games to another stadium...
