Ronald "Gonzoe" Moore was born on February 4, 1976 in Los Angeles, California. Along with his two friends, Cel and Kaydo, he formed the trio Kausion. They were discovered by Oshea "Ice Cube" Jackson who signed them with his label, Lench Mob Records. On June 20, 1995, their debut single, "What You Wanna Do?" featuring Ice Cube, was released and on October 10, their debut LP, South Central Los Skanless, was released.

They left Lench Mob Records because Ice Cube allegedly cheated them out of their royalties and ever since they haven't made much noise in the rap game. Gonzoe became friends with Tupac before his death and was given the alias Young Ritzy Outlaw. Kausion guest appeared on "I'll Do It" by D.P.G. on the Supercop soundtrack and later signed with Lawhouse Records and recorded the song "Lil' Sumpin" for the compilation The Lawhouse Experience Volume One. In 1997, Gonzoe, his cousin, Late "Phats Bossi" Bankoudagda, Jerold "Yukmouth" Ellis, Keith "Madd Maxx" Walker and Kenneth "Poppa L.Q." Green formed the group The Régime.
Gonzoe signed with Menes Music Group as a solo artist and released his solo debut LP, If I Live And Nothing Happens, on July 28, 1998. The first single was "Got It Made." On the LP's intro he was introduced as a new member of the Outlawz. He left The Régime due to beef with the other members. He tried to start beef between the Outlawz and The Régime, but Yukmouth smoothed everything out and Gonzoe ended up beefing with the Outlawz as well. He left the group three months after he joined it. He recorded a second LP featuring 18 songs, but Menes Music Group refused to release it, he left them and signed with Champeli Entertainment which is scheduled to release his second solo album, Chasin' The Sun, this year. He's the father of a daughter, Khaelen.
