Libya and Sudan - US Policies

so if it's all about the oil....why haven't we invaded these two countries?
i mean Libya has oil, terrorists and nuclear weapons, we got them to cut down on terrorists and stop their nuclear weapons project...seems like a perfect time to attack them
and no one's saying shit about china not wanting to do anything to Sudan. they're one of the few countries that doesn't want Sudan sanctioned...and that's because of oil
