IT'S ABOUT FUCKING TIME

A few years back, Paul McCartney was inducted into the rock & roll hall of fame.  When they inducted him, it was about 3 years after he had been ELIGIBLE to be inducted; they didn't induct him the first couple years, because they had limited slots, and they wanted to make sure they squeezed in musicians who wouldn't be such a 'shoe-in' like McCartney was.  When McCartney was inducted, his daughter sat in the audience wearing a t-shirt that said simply "About Fucking Time".  Later, Paul did the same thing when she won a VH1 fashion award




Well, tonight was another "About Fucking Time" moment.  Michael Imperioli, who plays Christopher Moltisanti on "The Sopranos", FINALLY won his Emmy for best supporting actor, an award that's eluded him for years, even though he was clearly one of (if not the) best actors on television.  He was clearly choked up on finally being recognized, it's so awesome to see him win after seeing him sitting there in audience year after year watching cast members go up and get the award he probably better deserved.  I've loved this guy since I saw him get shot to death in Goodfellas.  Total Class Act.



Also, Drea De Matteo won for best supporting actress, for playing Chris's girlfriend, Adriana, who was killed this season.  She's got to be one of the hottest pieces of ass I've ever seen.

I'm happy for Michael Imperioli. I remember him as well as Spider from Goodfellas and he's always been a favorite of mine on the Sopranos.

I'll never forget the show where Chris beat the shit out of her because she got in a car wreck with Tony... they were just driving, and wrecked.  Chris was like "THEY SAID YOU HAD YOUR LIPS AROUND HIS COCK!!!!" and had it all blown out of proportion because Paulie and Sol had been talking a bunch of shit, it was hilarious.  Well, hilarious if you don't mind her getting beaten bloody and nearly choked to death.
