Computer Help Pt. 2

Thanks for helping me out the first time. I used a spyware thing and the ad-aware to get rid of the problem. But, now, all of a sudden, there's a tool bar at the bottom of my Internet Explorer. I'm able to close it, but the thing is causing Pop Ups and my Pop up blocker isn't even blocking them. I right click it to see where it's from, but nothing happens. It has a little search thing and it takes me to some site "Search The Web." I been running adaware and spyware to get rid of it, but it's still there. Any clues?

man just d/l mozilla firefox. It's way better. even if you do fix your adware problems with IE, you are probalby gonna get more problems in the near future. I've been using mozilla for about 3 months now, and I haven't had a single popup. fuck internet explorer, microsoft, bill gates, and all the fags that invented spyware.
