Is this an official release, or is it like all his bootlegs? I'd like to pick it up in a store.

Most hip-hop is now keyboard driven, because the majority of hip-hop workstations have loops and patches that enable somebody with marginal skills to put tracks together,...

Unfortunately, most hip-hop artists gravitated towards the path of least resistance by relying on these pre-set patches. As a result, electric guitar and real musicians became devalued, and a lot of hip-hop now sounds the same.

shiit yeah. strong arm steady classic's without will blast shoutin over it... can't beat the shiit.

but theres some real origioanl tracks on there.
the joint Promises is the best tracc on there IMO, never hard nuthin produced like it. props to Khalil!

and the @ tracklist above, the songs on my album are about 20% shorter. dunno wtf thats about.
and the last track is so long because it has 3 bonus songs on there.

Should be a dope album, don't know if his voice will start to grate on me over a whole album though.

his voice is hella tight

phils lyrics are always on point since ive been listening to him so ima definitley cop this

his lyrics is weak, but his flow is on point and make you forget about the lyrics
mitchy is wack. wtf u talkin about.

I don't think Phil's lyrics are at all wack. In fact, I think the opposite because almost everything I've heard him on has been hot. I'm definately going to have to pick this one up...
"Shit ain't all peaches and cream, and I ain't Sara Lee, bitch!" - Lloyd Banks

"I'm Morpheus in this Hip-Hop Matrix, exposing fake shit." - Common

"With consecutive platinum hits, I up my status. Ain't no more Calvin Broadus!" - Snoop

"Look at all these conscious rappers - guess who influenced them?" - KRS One
