the true Iraqi civilian death toll is 100,000 not 16,000

saw this on the channel 4 news earlier and the result came from a joint US-Iraqi group. although c4 havn't put anything on their website yet (they don't put much on it and it isn't updated as ofter as the likes of bbc)
