thats how it is man, people have high expectations, especially when they have been met before, (and could be met again) sadly the world is full of sellouts like snoop dogg, ice cube, and yes, George Lucas.

what you say is absolutely true but in addition to that time changes. a movie made in 2000 simply CAN NOT have the same flair, attraction and atmosphere as a movie made in the 70's.. it's impossible. if it had, ppl would hate it.
