He hasn't dropped one of his ''XXL'' mixtape in a while, but he's still on most of the SAS releases. For example, he was on their last mixtape ''Steadyade'' and he's on Phil The Agony's solo ''The Aromatic Album''. I heard he's on Xzibit's upcoming CD too but I'm not sure...

yeah he is on X's album and the songs are heated!  really dope songs, I'm have a feeling that when strong arm steady drops their album, it is gonna be pretty damn solid 8/10 album.

last i heard from mitch 'Urban Survival Syndrome' is set for feb, fingers crossed.
then a couple of weeks ago he said he's dropping another mixtape, this time with DJ Truly OdD, should be out soon.
