Fiscal Responsibility / Budget Deficit

<< < (2/3) > >>

Ant:
No actually Clinton was fiscally responsible.  He lowered the deficit 8 years in a row, and eventually generated a surplus his last year.  You can't stop the bleeding in one year, it's a slow process.  Had Clinton been around longer, or had Gore won, things may have been even better, well fiscally at least.

You don't deserve the right to call anyone stupid after the dumb comments you've made.

"No actually..."  implies disagreement, he said Clinton was less irresponsible (I know this is hard for you to grasp, but that means MORE RESPONSIBLE), and you basically repeated what he said, but added that you disagreed. LOL you fuckin idiot

Ant:
first off all calm down I didn't call you stupid.  I called your post stupid.  And yes there is a different.  Less irresponsible still means irresponsible.

You don't say "he was being less of an asshole" and mean "he was being a nice guy"

or "he was being less stupid" and mean "he was being intelligent"

Let me repeat to you what he wrote:

To answer the question in the picture, neither is the fiscally responsible if they're running deficits every year, although it would appear Clinton was less irresponsible.
