Bone used to mix that smooth music that real gangsta's use to escape, with titilating tales of guns and drugs that those not living the life love to listen to.  Bone envisioned a world that wasn't all that different from ghettocentric heavy metal, a vibe only enhanced by the skull iconography, supernatural shtick and biblical doomsday verses.

Like almost all artists and musical groups in hip-hop, Bone has either broken up, fallen off, or both.  They have mixed their art with reality because now they are as dead as those skulls they used to put in liner notes to attract white heavy metal fans to their music.  Today their music is too schlocky to even resemble their old mid-90's Eazy E mentored form.
