Tell me about it. It doesn't mean anything anyways since people start drinking and doing all that other stuff at 18 or before that.

Where I live you only have to be 19 to drink.  Funny thing is, when I turned 19 i pretty much stopped drinkin, i did all my drinkin from 15-18.
