Tell them that you will send a copy of the letter to the BBB if your satisfcation level doesn't go up.  That'll get them to do something.

Me and my Lady are also having problems with Nissan at the moment
weve had to bring in her 2001 Nissan Sentra 4 times now for the same check engine light.  They are basicly tellin us that they dont know how to fix it and we need to leave the car there for at least a week and they cant offer us a rental to make up for it. 
She recently wrote a letter to Nissan and we still havent recieved anything back. 
You might want to check and see if your state has a lemon law.   That is where if you have to bring back a car so many times for problems they have to replace the car for you.  (Might have been mentioned above)
