they got a full plate of releases for this year....Kurupt's dropping late spring, Eastwood in the summer, then Petey Pablo's cd (Jive/Death Row) coming 3rd quarter.  Not to mention a new Roscoe cd coming in the summer and a YA cd sometime in 2005

I'll believe it when I see it.

Exactly. I don't believe it whatsoever..

Ok, so it's:

2Pac Greatest Hits
2Pac Greatest Hits (DRUK version)
2Pac Nu-Mixxes (Greatest Tracks Remixed)
2Pac Live (Greatest Tracks Live)
Dr.Dre Greatest Hits (DRUK version)
Snoop Dogg Greatest Hits
Snoop Dogg Greatest Hits (DRUK version)
Death Row Greatest Hits
Death Row Greatest Hits Vol.2
Death Row Greatest Instrumentals
Death Row Greatest Hits (the new one)

Well.. it's enought.

You dont know what you're talking bout here dude...

2Pac Greatest Hits
2Pac Greatest Hits (DRUK version) (not a Death Row cd)
2Pac Nu-Mixxes (Greatest Tracks Remixed)
2Pac Live (Greatest Tracks Live)
Dr.Dre Greatest Hits (DRUK version) (not a Death Row cd)
Snoop Dogg Greatest Hits
Snoop Dogg Greatest Hits (DRUK version) (not a Death Row cd)
Death Row Greatest Hits
Death Row Greatest Hits Vol.2 (not a Death Row cd)
Death Row Greatest Instrumentals (not released)
Death Row Greatest Hits (the new one)

half those cds' were released on Death Row UK and the real Death Row Records tried stopping them. Why bag Death Row for what Ron Winters in the UK does? lol

Yeah, i know it aint the real Death Row located in Cali who released them, but even if you cut them, it's still a lot of Greatest Hits. I know Death Row can do nothing but release compilations and wait for better days, now.. And i know Suge's getting millions even with old releases, so he can wait, but still.. i'm a lil bit pissed off! It's funny, you know. P.S. About the Greatest Hits instrumental, i've seen it on mirc, but i dont know if it was officially released or not. Not that i was interested anyway.

What about the Pac DVD? That's something interesting... more than a Greatest Hits done with tracks we already have.

fans/past fans would probably take death row a bit more seriously if they just put a damn album out that isnt from one of their past artists. they are probably scared over there of droppin an album that isnt an instant hit

how can a person release deathrow cds without permission from suge/deathrow? suge made a deal with ron winters, so ron winters released all those disc legal. he had the rights to release the old catalogue. didnt he? what the deal? lol

^ Exactly. Suge made a deal with that dude, but now he's denying it. I mean if they're legally selling them cd's, then they have authorizations to do it, dont they?

The only thing we can say for sure is that Suge is still getting millions with old releases/Greatest Hits, and that he's getting millions from DR UK too. Maybe not as much as he wanted, but still.. he's getting paid. That's probably the main reason why he aint ruining Death Row's career by releasing an album he doesnt consider a "classic" like all the previous ones. He doesnt really have to ruine the legacy now. He can wait. Cause he's still getting paid. You agree?

^ you've put a rose tinted twist on things.

he cant afford to put out a sub-standard artist. full stop. or his reputation as a hit making exec is gone.. so he gotta sit till he's got a sure thing to put him back in the game.
