maaaan every system i owned was the ish, i had NES, Sega, Sega Cd, game boy, Ps1, and ps2... never snes... i guess i missed out, but i was aight with sega... but i voted ps2, cuase wen that came out was glued to the tv for days at a time.. ooo, and i think i had atari back in russian, and i rember i had to play with sunglasses on, cause my dad said it would  hurt my eyes...

Yeah, that's true.  too bad it failed, it was a sweet system for a while.  The nfl2K game...god damn that was badass.

you guys are all either too young or out of your minds...lol...jk but damn nothing was or i think ever will be better than the NES the Nintendo Entertainment System.....had so many classics and was so dominant.....greatest system ever....dont get me wrong they are all pretty tight but the NES is KING

Yeah, NES had it's classics, but it's somewhat overrated..
Mostly because games with colour gfx was almost a revolution, and many people was amazed at playing their first game, so they didn't care that there was only 20 pixels, 20 colors and only 5 poorly animated enemies.. NES introduced many people to their first games, and it became classic just for being the first, even though it had been done on a smaller level before with worse graphics, Nintendo just took it mainstream.

SNES with Street Fighter II and all them role-play-games. They just don't make games like them anymore.
Today, RPGs hardly exist and when they do it's something completely different. Maybe it's just that being a kid everything in the world is way cooler, though, I don't know.
I was the fucking man in Street Fighter II. Noone could beat my Ryu character... haaha!! And I used to play Mario Kart with them homie all the time, until 6:30  PM .. then everybody had to go home because it was already late..LOL.. those were the times.

super nintendo... it had chrono trigger and the best version of street fighter 2 and mortal kombat 2 back in the day.

the genesis version of MK 2 was the better version.....it had all the blood and gore, nothing was taken out

The SNES version of MK2 was uncensored as well... you're thinking about the first Mortal Kombat.
