Ok if you were Judge...

If you watched Law and Order last night you know what I'm talking about.


Ok a doctor was murdered and the killer spit on the doctor so they had DNA evidence at the scene, they also have video of the person going into the doctor's office at the time of the murder. The DNA(spit) found on the doctor was that of identical twin kids who have the same dna...both pleading innocence.

Who do you convict?

I'd take both into prison (seperated) for a day and tell either one of them that "we know that you did it, and we have evidence and we talk to you about that tomorrow" and the one that sleeps well that night is the killer.. the one that can't sleep is innocent.

I don't think that would work in court  ;D I say it's a perfect crime.

So basically if you have a identical twin you can do whatever the fuck you want and never get convicted? lol
