San Diego got heat...but I'm afraid that most of these rappers will remain underground (except for Jayo & Mitchy Slick).

Jayo and Mitch already gettin' they fame. Ecay could blow with his production. Lyrically he's horrible though, so he needs to stick to just makin' beats. CS, my favorite Dago rapper by the way, *could* blow if only he changed his content. No one outside of SD/LA are tryna hear about these Dago streets and what goes on. If dude became more diverse with his lyrics he could easily do the damn thing. Aside from them and maybe a few others [Complex and Smigg] ain't no one really comin' with heat down here.
